1.      All LD materials are colored in their cool state and translucent in their warm state. By combining LD’s with normal pigments, a color-to-color effect is possible.

2.      LD’s are microencapsulated with an average particle size of 5 microns. Special less then 1 micron diameter microcapsules are available at approximately twice the usual cost.

3.      Standard temperature range is 31CT in all colors and black in 33CT. All other temperature ranges are custom orders with a 1 kg minimum quantity. Production time for custom orders is approximately 3 weeks from receipt of payment.

4.      Custom temperatures are available between 10°C and 20°C. Please call for other temperatures.

5.      LD’s generally withstand fabrication temperatures up to 250°C (475°F) subject to specific time and shear. For best LD performance, minimize fabrication temperature, time, and shear force.

6.      LD-MB is a unique universal master batch that is compatible with PE, PP, PMMA, GPS, HIPS, SAN, PVC, TPR, EVA, PBT, PU, PET, BS, etc. Standard colors are Red, Magenta, Orange, Charm Green, Turkish Blue, Black, and Dark Blue. Standard temperatures are 22°C, 31°C, and 43°C.

7.      Sample quantities are $2.00/g subject to availability. Minimum sample charge: $50.

8.      All pricing is FOB factory, Streamwood, IL 60107, USA. Payment terms: Prepaid.

9.      Color Change Corporation does not offer technical support for using the materials. Customer is responsible for specific application development.
